Oncology EMR for cancer clinics
For surgical and medical oncologists: staging, chemotherapy cycles, surgery and follow-up in one record. Stages are suggestions; the oncologist confirms them.
What the Oncology module does
- Malignancy record: 46 cancer sites with body drawings: tap where the tumour is, the nodes and spread.
- Stage suggestion: TNM / FIGO stage worked out from the tables; the oncologist confirms it, and can edit the tables when guidelines change.
- Chemotherapy cycles: regimen library, next cycle and next visit in one tap, toxicity and ECOG at each visit.
- Surgery and pathology: operation notes, margins and nodes, pTNM after surgery.
- Tumour board: a one-page summary to print or share.
- Follow-up plan: what to check and how often, for each cancer.

Questions
Does Vitalis decide the cancer stage?
No. It suggests a stage group from the TNM or FIGO tables. The oncologist confirms it or enters their own.
Can I record chemotherapy cycles?
Yes. Pick a regimen from the library; each visit records the cycle, toxicity and ECOG, and books the next cycle and visit in one tap.
What does it cost?
Rs 4,500 a year per doctor including GST, after a 90-day free trial. One payment covers 12 months and there is no auto-renewal.
