- 90-day free trial. Every new account starts with a free trial. No card is needed to start.
- Everything included. Patient records, prescriptions, appointments, billing, immunization, growth charts, pregnancy and infertility modules, reception logins and WhatsApp sharing links.
- No auto-renewal. Nothing is charged automatically. You pay once for a year and renew only when you choose to. We remind you by email before your plan ends. See the refund and cancellation policy.
- GST invoice. You receive a GST tax invoice by email after every payment.
- Price protection. Your price is guaranteed for two years from the day you start paying. Prices are reviewed at most once every two years, and you get at least 30 days' written notice before any change applies to you.
- Payments are processed securely by Cashfree. Vitalis does not see or store your card details.
